Incident Response

While every organization hopes they never experience a cybersecurity incident, most do.

Our team of experts responds to malware infections, ransomware attacks, data breaches, phishing emails, business email compromises, and other cybersecurity incidents reported by our clients.

Before a cybersecurity incident, a business should have a written cybersecurity incident response plan. A written cybersecurity incident response plan should also identify the employees and third-party organizations who will respond to a reported cybersecurity incident. For many of our customers, we are their third-party cybersecurity incident response organization.

During a cybersecurity incident, we work closely with our customers’ IT staff to respond, defend their resources from the attack, minimize adverse impacts to the customer’s business activities, and mitigate the damage.

During and after a cybersecurity incident, we work with our customers to provide information on the incident response and recommendations for security related IT configuration changes with the objective of obtaining a balance between security and usability.

We work closely with our customers’ cybersecurity incident response team, IT staff, or board of directors to respond, defend their resources from the attack, and mitigate the damage.
